Connection Support Group is for individuals 18 or older who are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. We meet every 4th Wednesday of the month in the Conference Room at the Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Health & Wellness Center, 626 Bethany Rd, DeKalb, IL.
