ONLINE CONNECTION SUPPORT GROUPS
Time & Location
About the Event
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who’ve been there.
We are determining the location of the meeting and whether it will be hosted in person or online. If you feel uncomfortable attending, you will of course be able to log on virtually to our meeting. If you have any questions or concerns before we reach out with our decision, please let us know. The Zoom meeting information is listed, but will also be sent to you through a confirmation and reminder email. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you run into any troubles.
Per NAMI on-line support group recommendations we are asked to collect the following information so that the support group facilitator has a means of contacting and supporting attendees if they are a danger to themselves or others. This demographic information is also used for our grant purposes. The information below will only be used by NAMI KDK and its support group facilitators for this purpose. Your information will not be sold or used in any other way.
Please read the Informed Consent listed here before registering for the support group.
