Family Support

NAMI KDK's Family Support group is for those 18 and older who have a loved one living with a mental health condition.

NOTICE: We have added in-person (temporarily online) and online family support group options!

You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting from the program's email at least the day before the meeting if you have any questions or want to confirm your registration, contact programs@namikdk.org.  

  

Per NAMI online support group recommendations we are asked to collect the following information on the registration page so that the support group facilitator has a means of contacting and supporting attendees if they are a danger to themselves or others. This demographic information is also used for our grant purposes. The information below will only be used by NAMI KDK and its support group facilitators for this purpose. Your information will not be sold or used in any other way.

Due to limited hours worked remotely, registrations will be checked daily.
