FAMILY
SUPPORT GROUPS

Caring for a loved one with a mental health condition can be overwhelming —but you don’t have to face it alone. NAMI-KDK’s family support groups provide a safe, supportive space for family members of individuals living with mental illness. Led by trained family members who understand your journey, these free groups offer emotional support to help you cope and care more confidently.

Support Groups

"During a time when I felt hopeless, alone and lost I was told to try NAMI support groups. I didn't know anyone in my family or friends that had a mental health condition that I could talk to. NAMI Connections Support Groups opened up a whole new world of hope, understanding and empathy."
