Let's Talk

It is a one-and-a-half-hour expressive writing workshop aimed at community members, in which we explore feelings and emotions
related to mental health conditions.

Custom Presentations

These are presentations that NAMI KDK creates to provide customized services for the community, such as: Coping with Grief, Self-Care and Mental Health, Cultural Humility, etc.

"During a time when I felt hopeless, alone and lost I was told to try NAMI support groups. I didn't know anyone in my family or friends that had a mental health condition that I could talk to. NAMI Connections Support Groups opened up a whole new world of hope, understanding and empathy."
